Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Givata ("Givata", "we", "I") collects when you visit givata.com or work with me, how it's used, and the choices you have. Givata is an independent AI automation practice operated by David.
Information I collect
- Information you give me. Your name, email, company, and anything you share when you book a call, send an email, or fill out a form.
- Project information. During an engagement, you may share access to systems, files, or data so I can build your automations. This is covered by our written agreement and used only to deliver the work.
- Usage data. Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device type). This does not identify you personally.
How I use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or run a call.
- To scope, build, test, and support the automations or apps you hire me for.
- To send project updates and, only if you opt in, occasional relevant emails.
- To keep the site secure and improve how it works.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your personal information.
- I don't share your project data with anyone outside what's needed to deliver the work, and only under appropriate confidentiality terms.
- I don't use your private business data to train public AI models.
Third-party services
The site and my work rely on trusted providers such as hosting, scheduling, email, and analytics tools. When a project uses AI services (for example, workflow platforms or model providers), I limit the data sent to what the task requires and choose providers with sound security practices. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to function and to measure basic, anonymized traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Data retention & security
I keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Project data is protected with reasonable safeguards, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what's necessary. When an engagement ends, I return or delete project data on request per our agreement.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Just email hello@givata.com.
Children
The site and services are intended for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
